“Winning Big” – Education & Engagement soft skills training
Barcode Gulf Solutions conducted an in-classroom training for its employees on improving their soft skills.
The objective of the programme was to help the employees move from Product orientation to Customer orientation, move from customer satisfaction to customer delight, how to use & understand verbal and non verbal communication, understand different customer personality types and how to develop and show a positive attitude.
The training was conducted by Ms. Anchal Andrews, Founder and CEO of SkillMaker. She has over 15 years of work experience in the areas of sales, service, training and development and has trained over 1500 participants. She has delivered training programmes in various industries such as automotive, construction and hospitality.
